Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) is a vibrant mixed-use community of 87 towers and counting in clusters of 3 towers per cluster in Dubai that offers a unique blend of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. JLT is strategically located along Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite Dubai Marina and has 2 metro stations. The community is built around four artificial lakes, 3 large parks and consists of 86 towers arranged in 27 clusters. Its unique circular layout, while visually appealing, can be a source of frustration for some residents. The whole community has one way traffic so if residents want to go back they will have to go all the way around the community to get to it. Given the dramatic increase in population in the area, this has led to bottlenecks as there are 2 exits to Sheikh Zayed road which lead to traffic jams throughout the community, leading to frustration at peak rush hours.
